How do I authenticate my requests?
Call GET /auth with the AUTH_USER and AUTH_PW headers. The Postman authentication script stores the returned API key in apiKey for subsequent requests. Keep credentials and API keys in your backend.
How do I create a shipment on a customer account?
Use the customer-account shipment example with customer_data.customer_uuid and customer_data.customer_number. You can find customer_uuid on the Users page in the MMCore portal. Replace the example identifiers with those of the customer account. DO=Y requests label content directly in the response.
Can I request tracking for multiple barcodes?
Yes. The bulk tracking example uses a JSON array in the body of a GET request. Use a server-side HTTP client that supports GET bodies; browser fetch does not support them.
What should I include when asking about a shipment request?
Keep the SubLogID returned with direct label responses, together with the endpoint and relevant shipment or barcode references. Share a request and response example with credentials and personal data removed so the integration team can investigate.
