Can we work with multiple carriers in one workflow?
MMCore brings carrier services and shipment data into one shipping workflow. Use the carrier and service IDs configured for your account, and discuss any additional carriers you want to connect.
Can we create shipping labels and follow the shipment?
The shipping workflow covers shipment and label creation, followed by tracking information from the carrier. The available events and level of detail depend on the carrier and service.
How does TMS connect with warehouse work?
Order, parcel, scan and weight information can carry through from warehouse preparation into shipping. This keeps the selected service and the shipment connected to the order being packed.
What about customs documents and manifests?
The documented API includes shipment_details for customs and commercial invoice information, plus manifest and AWB pre-alert requests. Which steps you need depends on your destination, carrier and operational process.
